Jose has been one of LA's top street and sticker artists in the past year. He really captures the proud Latin flavor that is Los Angeles. However, he didn't make the cut for this year's contest only because there simply wasn't enough coverage on this blog. We love that Jose brought that flavor up to Melrose and Fairfax, and we look forward to covering much more Jose art.
