Dogs are Not the Problem, YOU are the Problem
A cardboard sign hung up above a dumpster on Melrose saying 'STOP Dumping Dog shit around here. Dogs are not the problem. You are the problem.'
You know, its kind of true that a problem dog generally has a problem owner. But right here, the owner of this Melrose dumpster is just being problematic the way they don't want dog shit dumped in a dumpster. Seriously. Take the lock off your garbage, and let responsible dog owners pick up after themselves. Quit causing the problem.
On the dumpster is a fresh paster saying 'Broke and Hungry'.

The Artful Way to Say Things
One of art's finest attibutes is that it can help dress up an idea, any idea really, to make it more appealing.
Here is a simple example showing the artful way of getting a point across, with a less artful, and a much more direct approach down below.

Eat Shit
Sticker in Miami of a dude sitting down getting ready to eat shit.
Meanwhile, in the real life of the background, these Miami locals look like they don't have shit to eat.
As M&F posted recently, and put in emphasis and outlined in bold to highlight this massive societal problem, 1 out of every 6 Americans struggles with hunger.
America has no safety net. There is shit to eat, and unless we change and start instituting more policies for the people, more cities will probably have hungry citizens like these ones in Miami.

Art is Shit
Some people say that 'Art is Shit', and the person who took this massive public sidewalk diarrhea dump next to Insa's building in downtown Los Angeles might agree.
But for those of us at M&F, and many who are more cultured enough to defecate indoors feel that art is 'cool shit'. Like the rest of the stuff scattered around this building.
