This is the one that everyone is talking about.
Every time street art came up, people in Salt Lake would ask if we had seen the El Mac/Retna mural on 2nd South. Everyone was talking about the mural - even my mom!
(This piece went a long way in finally convincing her that graffiti artists and tags lead to beautiful art, not just vandalism.)
Not only is this a beautiful piece of art, but it really stands out in the uber-conservative Mormon populated town, blocks away from LDS Headquarters at Temple Square.
The pics don't do El Mac's intricate lines and depth justice.
