Plucked Bald

Stopped in a lingerie store on Hollywood Blvd and found a zoo of animals.

There were many birds and even a sloth.

They looked to be well taken care of, but this poor cockatoo has plucked out all its feathers for some reason.

Poor guy looks hilarious
