Banksy's Balloon Girl Stencil
Even though Banksy eventually participated in the MOCA museum exhibition, he did so in his signature tongue-and-cheek style.
Instead of submitting paintings, Banksy framed the stencil itself as if to say "Here you go, here's something, but the art still belongs in the streets".
On his explanation paper next to to display it says 'The show features a number of original stencils used by Banksy to create street art, all of which have been rubbed with methylated spirits to remove DNA and fingerprints, but not mistakes.'
