The arts program at Manual Arts High School inspires the students beyond the walls of the classroom.
The school is located in S. Central Los Angeles--an area that traditionally had a lot of graffiti, but not much street art. But, all around the school, the electrical boxes were filled with stencils and wheatpastes, like this one right across the street. It seems that the arts program has given a new voice to the students, and they are starting to blend street art with graffiti.
Dig the way the tags work on with this stencil piece from Resei(?) and Prate(?).
