The constant rain has really been reeking havoc on Los Angeles' street art.
Here is a prime example, right at the corner of Melrose and Fairfax.
This electric box had been filled with sooo much art, that when it got soaked with rain, the weight of the layers was too much, and a layer .25 an inch thick peeled off and folded over itself on the box.
Join the Surveillance (JTS) was the last paste on top, so they get the credit~
The rain is a hater of graf/street art. I havent been able to paint this whole week....
