Cracked posted a feature about '6 Laws You've Broken Without Ever Realizing It'. And its true-from using an open wifi signal to singing the 'Happy Birthday Song', most all of us have 'broken the law' many times.

But the story also has a feature on a local street artist, Smear. The #1 listed illegal thing is 'Owning a Permanent Marker'. Smear has been found guilty of this and for violating probation just based on 'having art supplies'. A judge did throw out the supposed parole violation, but only after Smear spent a week in jail.

So for everybody out there, watch out, cause you might just be breaking the law right now (do you own the wifi signal you are using?! . . . )
