It is not untypical for graffiti artists to risk life and limb to hit a hot spot, and sometimes they even fall.
And usually, the hard to reach spots will last longer due to the difficulty reaching it.
Well, at Stoney Point in Chatsworth buffing is a life or death activity. Graffiti writers got up on the face of the rocks with on hard to reach bombs. But that didn't stop the buffman. The buffman risked life and limb to still buff over those spots.

Can't tell if the buff is painted over pink and scratched out?
Must have repelled down from the top. Craziness.
