A cool little 3d character spotted rollin around the streets--in style.
This little dude looks like a fun street art craft project. Not sure what the base is made out of, but it is covered with tightly wrapped string.
The piece is functional and even the wheels turn.
Found it hanging out of a postal box near Fairfax, and set the guy on the ground for a photo shoot.
