Even though its 'Not a Test', this piece of street art from the artist of the same name passed the street test. There is a little chunk of sticker left indicating that a piece from Cruart above it that got torn off already, but the Not a Test monster keeps riding on Melrose.
Hi, we've seen this snail guy up around North Hollywood last fall as well. No clue as to who made it. It's cool though. The "Not a test" monster face just appeared about a week ago.
