Lots of ebox's get painted around LA, but not usually like this.
Featuring a scenic snowy mountain scene. This piece was clealy painted with brushes, not spray cans.
The taggers seem to respect the art work and leave the painting alone while tagging below and on the sides of the artwork.
Found in Korea Town.
