Usually tribute murals are left alone out of respect. But not this one.
Don't know the back story and whether there is related beef, or if this is a bad attempt a poor humor, but this wall to Prah(?) OSD was tagged with 'Rest In Peace'. However, some other vandal (Exps?) came and tagged over the peace with pee.
