This is the guy who took the pieces of paper that were left behind from Banksy's Concrete Confessional. Assumably, the papers are the cuttings from Banksy's stencil.
To be clear, the Concrete Confessional stencil is still untouched and fully intact. These are not part of the finished piece itself, these are what were likely used to make the piece.
The guy is not even sure what he is grabbing, calling the papers "the back" of the stencil.
So, is this guy a dude with big knards who dared to grab the stencil materials? Or just a money hungry dude trying to grab whatever he can?
