I agree with you. Every other animal and primate enjoys not worrying about its anal sphincter ring or "social mores" regarding its anal emissions without repurcussion. Since all humans fart, even those with colostomy bags, and one often cannot hold a fart back for hours (such as in trains, planes, or gay sex clubs) it must be recognized as a basic right to fart!
