The poster says that 'nothing is original' and speaks of 'fucked up films'.
We don't know what this is about, but as far as the 'art' goes, we feel that modified promos like this are not necessarily 'artistic' and feel more like an advertisement than anything else.
This second Rugrats themed paster was right next to the one above, so we assume that they went up together, but we can't even make out what the 'joke' or commentary is?

Both of these pieces are also by me, D1G1TAL. It's a little mockery and a little parody. I'm more into the political thing, and that's what I'm moving more towards.
