These pieces of freeway graffiti are in an unusual spot. They are along the top of the massive freeway wall. So to hit these spots, the artists had to lean over the freeway and paint.
These pics were snapped out the window while driving and the pics don't do the placement justice. That is the top of a semi truck shown in the bottom of the first pic, to give some frame of reference.
