Who Killed Notorious B.I.G.?
Toolz solves the mystery.
The Toolz piece at Brainwash's 'Art Show 2011' features a chalk outline of Notorious B.I.G. We are not familiar with the case, but here is the information from Toolz sent along with the pics.

In March it will be 15 years since Notorious B.I.G. was gunned down in LA coming out of the Auto Museum on Fairfax and Wilshire. As has been reported, the suspects are rogue LAPD officers from the Ramparts Division who are in jail for bank robbery. The case has never been solved.
Coincidentally, a new book is being released soon by an LAPD officer who quit after the department gave up the investigation. He said the LAPD is sitting on mountains of evidence that would solve Biggie & Tupac's murders. This piece was underway independent of the new allegations in the book, which include that Sean Combs first ordered the killing of Tupac, which was retaliated by Suge having Biggie killed. Until the LAPD answers these questions, crimes go unsolved.
At least LAPD is keeping the streets safe from street artists.
