Artist Spotlight - GUNEMONSTER and Surrendr
GUNEMONSTER and Surrendr are two street artists getting up in Los Angeles--and they are also boyfriend and girlfriend.
The artists are based in Silverlake but get up from downtown all the way to Melrose. Each artist has cultivated their own styles, GUNE's being bright colorful cartoon characters, and Surrendr has hit the streets hard with hand drawn unique faces and she is working on new skeleton and winged girl pieces.
The pic below is from the shared bedroom of GUNEMONSTER and Surrendr. The two also have a workspace at their home that they open up and share with a lot of other artists from LA--covered earlier on the blog.
If you dig what you are seeing, you can check out more from GUNEMONSTER on his blog, and more from Surrendr on her Flickr.
Stay up!
