Someone is getting ticketed by the LAPD in the background behind a taped paper from 'Someone'.

The paper has tabs, like an apartment for rent sign, or dog walker or what have you. Written on the tabs are things like 'Fight All Posses', Don't Be A Punk, and 'Fight Dogma'.
