Most of the time, the temporary nature of street art serves as decoration for the more permanent streets.
But sometimes, the streets change around the art. Like here, where a sticker from Conumbdrum gets permanently fixated between some new metal girders attached to the pole.
Kind of looks works with the piece and the girder looks like a ball gag.
