The Broken Window Theory is the basis for a lot of anti-graffiti and anti-street art philosophy.
It is the idea that one broken window leads to more broken windows, and any graff will lead to more graff.
We don't know about any of that, but these windows sure got smashed the fuck out on Beverly. Glass on the sidewalk and glass in the street make it look like they hit both sides of the car. Damn.
