A LOUDLABS tile piece had been running at this spot for months on Santa Monica Blvd. But somebody came and ripped it out of the wall last week.
You can still see the plaster around the whole where the piece was held. When the piece was ripped it off the wall it also ripped out a chunk of the building.
Crazy lengths that people will go to to snag a piece of street art.
when you put quality work out there like Loud Labs does, this is what happens. i met these guys at art show 2011 - cool dudes, and got some great tips from them as well - thanks guys!! also got a new idea i'll be putting out soon from the experience of hangin out with them at the show.
