Art show 2011 isn't going to happen because one of MBW's brothers told him it wasn't a good idea to have his work along side so much work that is better than his. He probably won't make an announcement at any point because he just wants it to kinda fade away.
Whether it happens, or not, I appreciate the opportunity to meet other artists and learn more about the craft through varied perspective. The experience was much more valuable than any eventual exhibit.
I guess that's ones perspective on what "making it" is. If making your own art work and having a platform to put it up I think we all as artist have "made it"
