A paster goes up making fun of Lil Wayne's recent overdose on sizzurp, his own signature concoction combining alcohol with cough syrup. Apparently sizzurp gives you a buzz, but long time use will give you seizures.
The name combines Lil Wayne's nickname, Weezy, with TMZ.
This piece was spotted next to Hanksy's 'Cage Against the Machine' wall. Even though the celebrity pun content is the same, the style is different and do not believe the Lil Wayne piece was from Hanksy.
