If It Looks Like a Duck, And Walks Like a Duck . . . It Must Be A Banksy?
It seems that every detailed stencil in Los Angeles is still accused of being a Banksy--and getting stolen like one.
MELROSEandFAIRFAX was given an exclusive look at this street stencil on concrete that was cut out of a wall.
It features a stenciled throne, and a hand stretching out of it holding an electronic device.
Even though it was presented to us as one, we don't think this is Banksy.
This was reportedly cut out of a wall on Robertson. And it has not been verified because we just heard it from a friend, but this might have been cut out of the wall in an unsanctioned manner. Think it might be the same spot where the purple peeing boy showed up.
Interesting how not only are the higher quality stencils being attributed to Banksy, but also being cut out of the wall like one.
