Levi's Film Workshop Featuring Neckface

Levi's is a big sponsor of MOCA's 'Art In The Streets', and as part of that are hosting a really cool free film workshop station next to the museum. The workshop is located next to the entrance to MOCA. It is completely free and has video editing equipment, light boxes, a green screen, and even computers to use for the public to come and make their own art projects. It sounds like a really cool thing, and we've got a bigger feature with pictures coming up soon.

The Levi's Workshop is also producing their own films in a series, and the premier of Neckface's video premiers Sunday May 22nd at the Workshop at 3. You can find more information from the press release below.

The film pairs Neck Face with filmmaker Isaiah Seret. Seret’s music videos range across a broad aesthetic and technical spectrum — from the avant-garde minimalism of Hecuba’s The Magic to the epic passion of Kisses Over Babylon, the single for Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros. This collaborative short and Q+A will be premiered at Workshop and will also be screened in real-time via the Levi’s® Facebook page to reach communities beyond LA!
