Jim Mahfood Gets Up With Mr. Brainwash
Mr. Braimwash's community art project has not only attracted new artists to start getting up, but it also attracted some big name artists like Jim Mahfood.
If you aren't familiar with Jim Mahfood's name, you probably are with his art. His work has appeared in Playboy, Spin, Mad Magazine and Heavy Metal. He also did the illustrations for Kevin Smith's 'Clerk's' movie and backgrounds on the Sarah Silverman show.
Jim also goes by the art name 'Food One', and we have covered a few of his street pieces on the blog, previously.
This piece that he put at the Brainwash art show is entitled 'Pop Life'. If you dig it, you can purchase one as part of Jim's participating at the New York Comic Con.
Dig it. Stay up~
