Artists Sue AEG and Ritz-Carlton for Destroying Artwork
Endless Canvas is reporting that 3 artists are suing AEG and Ritz-Carlton for destroying artwork. Shark Toof, Chor Boogie and Mear One had lent their artwork for a downtown loft party with the understanding that it would be returned. But instead, the artwork was destroyed, and the artists are suing for $100,000.
Interesting case. Seems like the artists have a strong claim. We will follow how this plays out.
Full details regarding the case can be found over on Endless Canvas.
