Less Rats, More Cats

Sprouts from Life's 2 Boring just put up a new paster referencing LA street culture. This new piece says 'Get rid of the rats', as in Banksy, and 'Bring back the cats back' as in the graffiti cats that Atlas was painting around LA a couple of years ago, for which the writer got busted by the LAPD.
