A dusty car has been decorated and tagged up with many things, among them big penis. Next to it is a question, 'Why must we always draw dicks?'.
The question is actually spot on. Out of all the random things that show up on the street, the most common seem to be dicks, 666 (or an upside down cross), and USA.
When you think about it, these things represent some of the biggest human motivations--sex, religion and patriotism.
