The lost dog story is actually tragic. Apparently, the dog pulled out of its collar around La Brea and hasn't been seen since. The owners must love this pup and have instigated the most aggressive campaign that we have ever seen with posters, flyers, and even post cards mailed to every address in the neighborhood.
