Un Solo Ilegal Paga Mas Taxes Que - General Electric
Sticker saying 'Un Solo Ilegal Paga Mas Taxes Que'. Believe it translates to mean 'I am illegal and I pay more taxes than you' with the General Electric logo underneath.
Its true. With tax holes and tax havens, major corporations are paying less percentage in taxes than the American people. Even the 'illegal' immigrants are paying more than the 'legal' loophole jumping corporations.
Living wages above corporate vacations, and people over profits.
Stay up~

Immigrants Never Surrender
Ballsy sticker saying 'Immigrants Never Surrender' with an image of the Statue of Liberty with outstretched hands.
Its true. Those chasing a dream for a better life will never surrender. While those trying to keep others from doing what they want will eventually give up.
America was built on immigrants, and Americans should value the contributions that immigrants still make to society. Immigrants are want-to-be-Americans, or trying-to-be-Americans, so America should do what it can to honor that while people around the world still want to come here. The way America is headed, with crushing national debt, nationwide obesity and a failing health system, people might not want to come here for long . . .

La Migra Destroys Families
Sidewalk stencil saying 'La Migra Destroys Families'.
Its true. Unless you are Native American, America is a country built on immigrants. Something needs to be done to adjust the way this country deals with illegal immigrants--and its not to turn people looking for work into criminals. And La Migra truly does destroy families.
This piece was spotted in Boyle Heights, an area where many working immigrants live.

America and Mexico, not Iran

New street art from Enik One in downtown Los Angeles featuring a woman wrapped in an American Flag. However, the colors of Iran have been put in place of the traditional red/white/blue of the flag.
***(actually, the colors are not Iran as we initially thought. It is actually the colors of Mexico that are being interwoven into the American flag, which perhaps has even more relevance, especially in LA)***
