Massive (Illegal) Corporate Wheat Paste

Despite the city's crackdown on street art and graffiti as 'illegal advertising' (JR said in his video that the city tried to get MOCA to remove his artwork because they said it was an advertisement. He said, "If its an advertisement, what am I selling?!").

Still, despite the city's efforts to take down street art, illegal 'Supergraphic' advertisements like this one are still going up around the city.

There are stats online claiming that that 90% of the billboards in Los Angeles are illegal, and 80% of those are ads for the movies.

But instead of prosecuting these corporations with deep pockets, the ones who are really causing the blight, it seems the city would rather go after starving artists.
