Ad or Art?



Interesting new piece on this wall off Melrose. This spot has featured many graffiti painted advertisements. From what we can make out there is no company logo, or artist signature. Not sure if this is art or another ad?

    It's art in my personal opinion because of the effort put into the piece by whomever did the work. - FFFF
