Another Space Invader tile piece got taken from downtown Los Angeles.
The location of this piece was on a metal structure across from the MOCA building. It looks like a precarious spot to pry off a tile mosaic!
Apparently, they got the whole thing in one piece and it made a brief appearance on ebay this morning. The listing was soon taken back down.
It makes one wonder, is stealing an unsanctioned piece of permanent street art still stealing? Hmmm. . .
