We'd better fix our political system yet, or we will start looking like this guy.
Poor guy was the filthiest human we have ever seen. He had layers of caked on dirt right onto his face. He smelled bad, and when he started ranting and raving, he didn't even speak in words, just sounds and noises.
Seriously, the government should have better programs to help folks like this--and better services for all the citizens!
