Plastic Jesus Revisits Banksy, and Introduces the 'Fat Caveman'

Plastic Jesus revisits the Banksy Caveman piece that was put up on Beverly Blvd. in 2008.

This more-modern caveman has grown fat and developed a belly.  From the trail of McDonald's fast food containers that the fat caveman has dangling from a string, one can assume the caveman grew that belly from a diet of fast food.  Plastic Jesus points out that 'With the current obesity epidemic not only in the US but in the western world and the obsessing with fast food I though it would be interesting to consider the reality of a junk food diet of our ancestors.'

Indeed.  Dig the commentary and how far the modern fast food diet has strayed from a caveman's traditional Paleo Diet.  Might cause us to look at our own current diet . . .

It is good to see street artists not merely making art, but trying to make the world a better place through the use of art.

Stay Up! (and quit eating junk food!)
