AOD Graffiti Mural - Downtown Salt Lake

Awesome graffiti mural from the AOD crew in downtown Salt Lake.

This is not a back alley or anything, but a prime spot right on the main drag, State Street.

Impressive work from Aero, ?, Kier UTI, Chew UTI.

Why Do It?

Cause its fuckin fun!

Stickers on the stop sign out front of Milosport.

A lot of classics here that have been riding for years including the 6 armed figure and striped cloud (unknown artists).

Get Bombed - Salt Lake City Graffiti

Cool rooftop building action in downtown Salt Lake.

Salt Lake City Graffiti - Oxen

Oxen is up all over Salt Lake.

He had a rooftop on Parley's Way that we came back to get a pick of, but it got buffed that day.

Think this box tag has acid that ate into the box.

Impressive rooftop roller graffiti piece from Newb and Siva in downtown Salt Lake City.

Siva has had Salt Lake on lock a few years. The biggest pieces, the tallest buildings, the hottest spots. And always bringin the sick style~

Salt Lake City Graffiti - Desenser

At nearly every corner in Salt Lake is a bucket with these orange flags.

They are for crossing the road.

It makes the city feel like the cross walk to school.

We have no idea if it decreases auto pedestrian accidents using these flags, but it sure makes the city look cheap.

Salt Lake City Graffiti - Poise

Poise was up all over Salt Lake.

From Suicide Rock, to street corners, to the little spots in the woods where we walk the dog, Poise gets up.

The bottom pic is a roller Poise did at Suicide Rock. It was a hard spot to get a pic of, but dig the flair on the letters. (with a couple pieces from Mask on the left hand side)

We heard a rumor that Bike is a trucker, and travels making shipments and hitting spots nationwide.

Mask - Salt Lake City Graffiti

MELROSEandFAIRFAX had the pleasure of meeting Mask at Suicide Rock.

Mask has held down this spot for a long time. It used to be a sick burner til it was fucked up by local hack Stonie. Mask told us this throwie was just to claim the spot back and he was going to bring the heat soon, (and he left some messages to Stonie).

Mask is up all over Salt Lake, with tags, pieces, and prime rooftop freeway spots. He was the only one to make the difficult hiking trek from Suicide Rock to make a tag in a prime spot in between I-80 and 215--if you've driven it, you know~

This guy has balls bigger than his pieces. Mask was walking around with a dog, and an open bottle of beer. He said that the beer was his cover for painting. (crazy. not only is it an open container, but this is in Salt Lake where any drinking is frowned upon.)

Dope stuff. Stay up~

Kier UTI - Painting a Mural

When Uprok moved up the block on State Street, the old location changed hands. It is now going to be a bar, but glad to see they are keeping with the graffiti themed deco.

We caught SLC local Kier in the middle of painting some mural work.

Kier is a sick artist who belongs to LA crew UTI and even participated in the massive 20 person UTI piece here in Los Angeles.
