These 3 layer stencils have shown up on Melrose.
We don't know the full story, but we assume that these are free. Each piece is about 4 inches by 4 inches, and it is affixed with double sided scotch tape.
These are cool and we grabbed one to take home.
The two spots we saw these fish were on Melrose and Spaulding (the one with a lot of fish), and across the street on Melrose a couple of blocks down towards Fairfax (just a couple left at the time we snapped the pics).
