  4. first of all...WHAT IS THIS http://blogs.laweekly.com/stylecouncil/ObamaLando.jpg

second of all: "Nobody's done politically affiliated Star Wars street art. I've definitely been the first to start this series" -PLEASE

third: "Everything I have is an actual stencil or a hand-painted piece I put on the street." -Xerox? uhhhh

fourth: "Probably when I'm older they're going to be worth ridiculous amounts of money." - Its not about the money people, its just to bring something beautiful to the streets, something beautiful to people who ride the bus

please, PLEASE tell me this is a huge joke, and "Free Humanity" is just a 'Borat' of the street art world..... a movie is going to come out later, the joke will be on us so called "Haters" and were all going to have a good laugh

  7. I think people need to get a grip on what the term "hand painted" means. Making a photocopy and then coloring it in..... Is called and "coloring book"!

Good luck painting inside the lines fool!

Street artists world wide are pissing in their pants right now, LA is a joke full of toys!

  8. For the record, George Lucas did the whole Star Wars thing first.

Lost some respect after reading the interview. Came on a bit strong 'brah'.

  9. I used to think Free was half decent, and it was fun seeing his stuff around. After reading this bullshit, its clear how much of a joke and fraud he is... Props to LA Weekly for actually covering worthwhile artists(in case you missed it, that's sarcasm kicking you in the teeth).

Hey Free, Banksy called, he wants his toilet paper back.

  13. you can't have an art show and sell StarWars images, that's illegal, it's copyright infringement.

  17. "I find not so much street art inspiring as I find real art inspiring."

So street art is not real art? Way to represent.

"Each one of those takes me two or three hours to hand-paint."

It takes two to three hours to spray a single layer stencil and then dribble some sloppy hand style sloganism next to it? I'm offended.

I used to be a fan, but I can now clearly see what direction this is headed.

  21. Complete rip off even down to the flower.

And speaking off Alec he just googles how to make a stencil and steals it.

  22. I think we should only judge this guy on his artwork I mean Sure there was a part in that interview where his ego comes into play but other than that I liek his art and what he says he represents. I wish him the best of luck like any other street artist wanting to go big or small.
