Kai Aspire - Reachin
This is the first piece of street art that we have seen from Kai Aspire in over a year, and he is maintaining his 'Morons' Marlboro cigarettes take.
This version features what looks like some sort of Biblical character, maybe Moses, holding up something, and that something has been replaced by a pack of 'Morons' cigarettes. The base painting is probably a famous painting, but despite Kai Aspire's name, the piece feels so 'uninspired'.
Maybe we just don't get it? But the 'Moron' Marlboro themed pieces seem more like anti-ads, more akin to a non-smoking campaign than art.
Anyways, at least these new pieces are referencing art and that shows some type of growth.
So, stay up? and quit smoking?
