LAPD Sponsored Street Art
The streets are hot, and even LAPD is getting up and getting in on the action.
These posters recently popped up in neighborhoods around Los Angeles. Love how they are sponsored by the 'Melrose Action Neighborhood Watch'.
Even though the department has gone on record as saying anything placed on the streets without permission is illegal, this is not the first time we have seen street art from the LAPD.
And, as the contributor pointed out, the placement, and application methods used have got to set some sort of legal precedent.
***Big thanks to John for sending in these pics***
