Mr. Brainwash's 'Art Show 2011' Gets Torn Down!

RIP Art Show 2011~



Like art on the streets, MBW's Art Show 2011 was also temporary.

Less than a week after closing its doors for MBW's 'Art Show 2011', the building that housed the show is being torn down. As the pictures show, the top of the roof is almost completely torn off, with only some scaffolding remaining.

Its crazy to see how things change so quickly--even for street art that seems somewhat sanctioned, the life span is still so short.

Guess MBW is not quite Banksy status, as the wall with his art in the background has not been cut out. Still, what an amazing piece, especially as the last standing piece in Brainwash's 'Last Elephant'.
