Bankrupt Slut gets stuck up underneath pasters put up by the City of Los Angeles to warn about a curfew relating to a neighborhood 'gang injunction'.
Yikes.
Also notice how the City uses garbage ties to affix the gang warnings. Does that mean that garbage ties constitute a legal means of getting up?
