The Dude on the Other Side
On the other side of the same pillar, is another graffiti portrait. This one is of a bearded dude.
Not sure who this artist is, but seriously impressive life-like renderings with black and white spray cans.

Bleeding Eye Tribute
Tribute portrait in downtown LA. Think its for Henry Adame(?).
The dripping black eyes were probably not part of the original, but impressive art skills on the piece itself.

The Street Art in LA Is So Sexy, It Gives the Palm Trees Boners
The street art is so sexy in Los Angeles, that it even gives boners to the palm trees.
Like here. Dig this beautiful mural from Sonata on the backside of the Branded Arts Complex in Culver City. The detail and rendering is quite impressive. Framed by two long straight palm trees like boners.
Stay up!

Grinning Grimace
This graffiti portrait portrays a dude with a grinning grimace. Is he angry? or about to start laughing?
Not sure, but there are shout outs to the CBS, UTI and DCT crews.

Like High Def is to Richer Than Life, So is Smug One Graffiti
HD TV is hyped as being 'uber-realistic', that is, more loaded with content and color and pop, that the final effect is even more sensational than real life.
The same could be said for Smug One's graffiti. Its like a portrait, just cooler in all the right ways.
Click the jump to see more close up shots of Smug One's portrait of Dytch CBS in Los Angeles.

Teacher's Self Portrait - Monumental
Teacher has been painting an ongoing fine art series of street pieces alongside wild animals, and Teacher just painted his own self portrait.
The other portraits Teacher has painted have focused on actual street pieces. And while Teacher has not actually painted on the Washington Monument, Teacher has deep ties to DC and the political world, having painted inside the Pentagon.
It is said that people judge each other based on what other's have accomplished, but we judge ourselves based on the potential we believe have. If that is true, you can see that Teacher's potential is nothing short of monumental.
Dig it. Stay up~
