Is Mona Lisa Illegal?

Bamp instigates a new billboard takeover taking the 'Is This Illegal?' campaign to the next level.

Bamp paints, and then pastes over a billboard on La Brea, replacing the advertisement with Mona Lisa and the words asking, 'Is This Illegal?'

It seems that someone was impressed. Perhaps thinking that this might be Banksy--or that someone just wanted to have it-- but shortly after the Mona Lisa was placed on the billboard, the actual tarp that was the billboard was taken.
