And it looks like it is interacting with the snake piece from Visual Narcotics so that the character is eating the snake. Not sure if this is beef, or just trying to be creative with the placement.
I think the "Bankrupt America ATM" paste up is much more original imo. Its been there for awhile and no one ever seems to notice it. One of my favorites on that that wall for sure.
