Banksy didn't slip up with this one, but Charlie Brown is.
Not sure if this piece is from Banksy. If it is, it has not been claimed yet.
But Banksy has been known to do Charlie Brown themed work before, and this particular Charlie Brown is carrying pieces of paper covering Banksy's 'Better Out Than In Exhibition' in New York City.
This piece is not located in New York City, but Bristol, New York. Bristol, New York bears the same name as Banksy's home town across the pond. So, not sure, but there are many connections tying this Charlie Brown piece to Banksy.
