From Street Art Without Borders. Dig the piece, and cool name, but street art does have some borders, such as generally trying to respect the art work of other artists. However, the 3 ladies got placed over two and a half pasters from TBD. Great name, but respect the street art borders!
That's because tbd and thrashbird are the same person and they cap whenever they want to and get their panties in a wad when anyone caps them.
